Saturday, October 5th

Homecoming Dance in the Cafenasium at 7:30pm.

Parent Volunteers are needed for the dance.  SIGN UP TO BE A PARENT VOLUNTEER!

Homecoming Dance Tickets will go on sale beginning Monday, September 30th in SLC Offices.  Tickets are sold before school and at lunch ONLY.  To attend the dance, students need to have a Dance Agreement Form on file in their SLC office signed by both the student and the parent.  Ticket prices are as follows: 

      Monday/Tuesday       $5.00

      Wednesday/Thursday $7.00

      Friday                       $10.00

NOTE: Ticket sales end 12:51 (end of lunch) on Friday, October 4th.  NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AFTER 12:51 ON FRIDAY 10/4.

Only current West High School students are allowed to attend the dance.  Sorry, no guests.

Homecoming Court

West High School is a progressive school focused on creating an environment where students feel involved, empowered, and valued. Our gender neutral voting process ensures that West High School has a Regent Court that celebrates the amazing and diverse individuals in our midst who represent the best of West HOUSE values. This process honors all students regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, and/or sexual orientation.

2019 Homecoming Court Nomination and Voting Timeline

1. Seniors will receive a link via their student email account to nominate 10 students who show West HOUSE characteristics. The top 50 students with the most votes will then be on the final ballot.

2. Seniors will receive a link via their student email account with the the final ballot (of 50 students).  Senior can vote for their top 20 students. The top 20 students with the most votes will make up the 2019 Homecoming Court.

3. Homecoming Court will be announced during morning announcements. Court members are required to attend a mandatory meeting during lunch. The Homecoming Court Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd during lunch in the LMC.
